Traci Callandrillo holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas and is licensed as a psychologist in Texas and the District of Columbia. Prior to launching Evolve Psychological Services, she practiced in a variety of settings, including university counseling centers, community mental health, and veterans' services.

 

Aside from her clinical experience, Dr. Callandrillo has worked for more than twenty-five years as a manager and leader in higher education, serving as the director of healthcare agencies and as an upper-level administrator leading a broad team of managers and specialists.  Traci is a passionate advocate for mental health. As a founding member and chair of the Higher Education Mental Health Alliance (HEMHA), and having held various organizational leadership roles, including Vice President for Professional Practice for the Society of Counseling Psychology through the American Psychological Association (APA), she brings a wealth of experience to her work.
